NOTICE OF REVISED FISCAL YEAR 2019 ANNUAL

REGULAR & WORSHOP MEETING SCHEDULE

DUPREE LAKES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the Dupree Lakes Community Development District (the “District Board”) has revised its Fiscal Year 2019 Annual Regular & Workshop Meeting Schedule.  The District Board will continue to hold its regularly scheduled public meetings for Fiscal Year 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Dupree Lakes Clubhouse, at 6255 Dupree Lakes Blvd., Land O’ Lakes, FL 34639 on the third Monday of each month, as follows:

The District Board will also hold workshop meetings for Fiscal Year 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Dupree Lakes Clubhouse, at 6255 Dupree Lakes Blvd., Land O’ Lakes, FL 34639, as follows:

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.  At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.

 

These meetings are open to the public and may be continued to a time, date and place certain.  Supervisors may attend the meeting by telephone as long as there is a quorum present at the meeting place.  Any person wishing to receive a copy of the minutes of the meeting may contact Jason Showe at 407-841-5524.

 

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.

Florida Law requires that the District publish an annual meeting schedule for the fiscal year one time in a newspaper of general circulation in Pasco County. Staff also works with other communication providers in the community to post dates and times of meetings for the public’s information. The Board may decide to cancel or reschedule any of its meetings, or add meetings or workshops as items of business dictate. These new meetings will be advertised in the newspaper at least seven (7) days in advance, and agendas are available on the website a week prior to the meeting.
